Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your preferred resolution.
Prepare the Package
Carefully deflate your Moon Pod if necessary and place the product back into its original heavy-duty shipping box to ensure it stays protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
